This class is for people who are currently experiencing pain or fatigue, or for people who want to prevent both in the future.
This is not like any "yoga class" you've seen; there are no pretzel positions.
Instead you'll discover proven therapeutic exercises for fixing pain, opening stiff joints, rehabing injuries/surgery and strengthening your immune system.
Purchase all 6 Monday classes or all 6 Saturday classes...or get on my "drop-in list to receive an email when there's space available. You can make up missed classes or give them to a friend.
Class size is limited so each student gets their own Rope Station.
